Frances is a prehistorian, lithic specialist with a spcifiic interest in radiocarbon dating and Bayesian modelling. She has worked extensively across the country on large post-excavation projects including Hambledon Hill causewayed enclosure, The Raunds Area Project, and a co-author of the Gatehring Time Project (redating causewayed enclosures). She has written and contributed to numerous monographs and journal article.
